Our Annual Food Truck Fest was held on May 17, 2025, in downtown Prior Lake.
Despite the colder temperature, so many families came out for food, fun, and entertainment all the while supporting our students.

The Laker Educational Foundation is celebrating 20 years of supporting
staff and students of the PLSAS district.
Together with our MNCAPS students, we wrapped your holiday gifts while you relaxed with friends over a glass or two of wine from the Rhino Wine Bar.
The first date was so successful, we added another on in December.
Keep us in mind for next year!
We annually host a “Sip and Support” fundraiser and silent auction in November. We partnered with Pau Hana for a wonderful night that was enjoyed by all who attended.
Proceeds fund our educational grants for students!
Stay tuned for details for next year. We hope to host at Spring Lake Farms for an incredible experience.
The Laker Impact is an important and specific fundraising effort that will provide substantial opportunity and crucial support for our students.
Each year, a particularly standout grant is selected to be recognized as a “Laker Impact” grant. We will focus our fundraising efforts for this grant until we have successfully reached our targeted fundraising monetary goal.
We encourage you to consider contributing to this specific grant, as your support will help us provide these essential resources for our students.
